Requirements for Bidding | Contractors are required to follow the instructions set out in the Invitation to Tender document included on this page. In doing so, bidders shall ensure that their submission meets all of the requirements set out in that document in regards to the responses to the Selection Phase (Part 4) and Award Phase criteria (Part 5), ensure they are compliant with any rules relating to formatting, numbers of copies, submitting bids and ensure that they are compliant with any rules relating to the fair conduct of the procurement process. Note – Email Submissions are not allowed |
How the successful candidate will be chosen | The successful candidate will be one that provides a compliant response in the Selection Phase and be the candidate that has the achieved the highest overall score in relation to their Award Phase criteria (the most economically advantageous tender). Further details of the Selection Phase and Award Phase requirements are included in the Invitation to Tender Document at Parts 4 and 5 respectively. |
Response Deadline | Tenders must be received by to 16:00 on the 11 December 2018 Any tenders not received at the designated point in the Invitation to Tender by this deadline may be rejected |
